here are a bunch of recent pics. see how clean it is with the tails blacked out. but of course you can see my rusty tailpipe :)
i definitly love what i have gone for, everything black, 'cept the emblems and rims. but i do plan on painting the calipers purple.
below is is my first good pic of the lighting i did in the back. its to bright (the white) cuz i used a long shutter time, but it stills shows it pretty well. go here for my install page for some good pics from within the trunk of how i did it. this only works this way for 2gen dual carb models
this one ismy gauges. once again, they are to bright. they are actually nice purple.but you get the idea, its definitly not that ugly factory orange crap. the next pic shows how i cleaned it up and got rid of the km/h, maker name, bordering, etc. and i changed the needles for the Si's white ones, and the accords white odometer numbers. see my whole 769 miles on it :).and i havent finished the turn signal part at the top yet.
ok, here are some fresh pics. this is my first one (the turn signals and brights are still orange, and my first attempt at taping it for painting), along with the Si gauges to compare what i have done to clean it up. they're made different obviously, but the basic look is almost identical.
this is the best pic i've managed so far to see the actual color when its in the car.
here is the back of it. the purple isnt quite right from the camera, but you can see how i just airbrushed it. (the black square is tape to cover the hole, otherwise the glare destroys the pic)
